Chills and thrills.

Took the D-Type Vauxhall out for a run today. Was all good in the front seat but a lot chillier in the back. Check it out. Who is that masked person?
As we were going along back country roads we were buzzed by a rather large plane practising manoeuvres, very cool.
As thrilling as that was, driving on back country roads in an open top tourer also supplies its on thrilling and scary moments when faced with oncoming traffic and brakes that aren't always as reliable as those on a modern car. Phew we made it safely home!!!
We drove up to St. Mary's Loch where kids were taking part in a summer sailing school. Not to summery today though.
The home of the Duke and Duchess of Roxburgh, Floors Castle. The river is the Tweed.
The view from a place called Scott,s View.
Abbey ruins in Kelso. The Abbey was partially destroyed by the English some time in the 1500's.
