Had a thirteen hour flight from Singapore to London, where Matt and Sally meet us at about 8.30 this morning. England looking lovely and green and much the same as I remember it from 28 years ago. Can't wait to do some further exploring over the next few days, especially looking round some of the older buildings in the area.
This is the area that Matt and Sally live in, many of these fine old homes have been turned into smaller two and one bedroom apartments.

Thanks for the updates Sandy, it's a balmy 2degrees here in Rangiora. We have just viewed your posts and are all very excited for you and Phil. We look forward to your updates from the Wha Kahurangi team
ReplyDeleteKia ora kōrua, Te Māhuri will do some descriptive writing about this picture and send it to you. Max says kia ora...
ReplyDeleteThe clouds move leisurely through the sapphire coloured sky as the house stays motionless. The windows on the lifeless home stands over the people of England. The bricks are a beautiful rich soil colour.
